Ride Gold is for the serious riders who competes at a high amateur or professional level. As you move through the higher levels of the sport, the demands and complexity of the data required for analysis increases dramatically. Gold increases the level of detail held for the training session on a whole, but also includes the ability to capture interval details.

There are three tabs for data entry in the Gold screen. The first contains the details that cover the whole ride. The second tab allows the entry of interval data. The third tab allows you to graphically view your interval details. Each data entry tab has been covered separately.
